(1) The Ministry shall prepare the land use area map of each local level.
(2) Within one year of the commencement of this Act, the Ministry shall prepare and hand over the local level land use map.
(3) The maps as per sub-section (2) shall be updated by the local land use council as required. (4) According to the needs of the local level, the ministry or designated agency should provide necessary support for the work of updating the land use area map.
(5) According to this section, while preparing the land use area map, the Ministry shall identify the risk areas that are prone to natural disasters and indicate such areas on the map.
